基于一致性理论的微电网分层控制策略

摘要 为解决下垂控制可能会导致微电网系统供需不平衡、频率和电压偏离额定值等问题,笔者提出了一种基于一致性理论的微电网分层协同控制策略。该策略首先运用有限时间一致性理论评估系统的总有功和总无功功率余量,计算当负荷增加时各分布式电源应增加的有功和无功功率出力量,确保各分布式电源有功和无功功率出力增加量按照其功率余量的比例来分配;然后,通过优化的下垂控制实现分布式电源的功率控制和频率、电压调节。仿真实验结果表明,所提出的控制策略可实现系统频率、电压稳定在额定值,且系统的响应时间快了近60%。 In order to solve the problems that droop control may lead to imbalance between supply and demand,frequency and voltage deviation from the rated value of microgrid system,a hierarchical cooperative control strategy for microgrid based on consistency theory is proposed.Firstly,the finite-time consistency theory is used to evaluate the total active and reactive power margin of the system,calculate the active and reactive power output of each distributed generation should be increased when the load increases,so as to ensure that the increase of active and reactive power output of each distributed generation is distributed according to the proportion of its power margin.Then,the power control,frequency and voltage regulation of distributed generation are realized by optimized droop control.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can stabilize the system frequency and voltage at the rated value,and the response time of the system is nearly 60%faster.
