The theory of library space service includes library as space theory,library is third place theory and library space reconstruction theory.Space reconstruction theory promotes the construction of library new spaces,but many new spaces are out of the goal of library reading service.Librarians need to use new reading environment construction theory and constraint space reconstruction theory.The main goals of creating a new reading environment include:creating an environment that guarantees and serves reading,creating an environment that guides and promotes reading and creating an environment that promotes and stimulates reading.
