基于Solidworks的拉锚速度对拉锚影响的仿真分析

摘要 锚机拉锚速度手动控制时,会出现拉锚速度过大或者太小的情况,而拉锚速度直接影响整个拉锚过程的稳定性,过大的拉锚速度甚至会对锚系其他部件产生损害。本文以70000 DWT木屑船锚系为实例,使用软件Solidworks运动分析模块Motion对其锚系在不同拉锚速度下的运动状态进行仿真,对比锚、锚杆及锚链在不同锚机起锚速度下的运动状态。仿真结果表明,过大的拉锚速度会导致锚杆与锚链筒内壁碰撞等不良情况,仿真结果为实际拉锚操作提供了指导。 When windlass anchor pulling speed is manually controlled,the pulling speed may be too large or too small.However,the anchor speed directly affects the stability of the whole anchor pulling process,and the excessive anchor pulling speed may even cause damage to other anchor parts.This paper is based on 70000 DWT woodchip carrier anchor system,by using software Solidworks motion module,to simulate and analyze the anchor system motion states under different pulling anchor speed,and compare the motion states of anchor,anchor stock and anchor chains under different pulling anchor speed.The simulation results show that the excessive anchor pulling speed can lead the anchor to crash the hawse pipe wall and other unideal situation.The simulation results provide important guidance for actual anchor pulling operation.
