摘要
浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO),可对原油进行初步加工和储存,被称为海上石油工厂。本文通过介绍科学的管理办法和先进的工艺技术手段,对船体结构加放合理的焊接收缩量,以减少总组和搭载切割量;同时对大型设备底座与结构对位进行研究,降低安装时错位返工;对全船工作量最大的上部模块支墩制作安装精度工艺进行研究,确保上部模块安装成功,最终达到提高船舶建造质量、降低船舶建造成本、缩短船舶建造周期的目的。
The floating production storage and offloading device(FPSO)can preliminarily process and store the crude oil,known as the“offshore oil factory”.This article introduces scientific management methods and advanced process technology to control the reasonable welding shrinkage to the hull structure,in order to reduce the total assembly and load cutting amount.At the same time,research will be conducted on the alignment of the base and structure of large equipment to reduce misalignment and rework during installation.Research on the manufacturing and installation accuracy process of the largest workload on the ship will be conducted,to ensure the successful installation of the upper module.The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of ship construction,reduce ship construction costs and shorten ship construction period.
