风储联合系统分风速一次调频协同控制策略

摘要 针对风电大规模并网所引起的系统频率不稳定,以及系统惯量降低导致调频能力下降的问题,在风储联合参与系统一次调频运行模式下,考虑储能荷电状态约束,提出了风储联合协同调频控制策略。建立含风储系统模型,提出了风储联合协同一次调频控制策略,并对风速区间进行了划分,在不同风速区间采取风机变速或变桨协调调频控制策略,以提高风电自身调频的利用程度。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建了含风储联合系统的电网频率特性仿真模型,结果表明,所提策略能够有效改善电力系统综合频率特性,对风储联合实际工程的调频问题提供了理论依据。 In order to solve the problem of frequency instability caused by large-scale grid-connection of wind power and the decrease of frequency modulation ability caused by the reduction of inertia of system,this paper proposes a frequency modulation control strategy of wind storage joint and collaborative,considering the energy storage SOC constraint under the operation mode of the wind storage joint participating system in primary frequency modulation.In this paper,the model of air storage system is established,and the control strategy of air storage joint and cooperative primary frequency modulation is proposed.The wind speed interval is divided,and the wind speed variable speed or variable propeller coordinated frequency modulation control strategy is adopted in different wind speed intervals to improve the frequency modulation utilization of wind power itself.Finally,a simulation model of the power grid frequency characteristics of the combined wind storage system was built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the integrated frequency characteristics of the power system and provide a theoretical basis for frequency modulation in the practical project of the combined wind storage system.
