摘要
以8个不同品种切花小菊为试验材料进行瓶外生根试验,观测并对比不同品种瓶苗期、苗期、现蕾期及开花期的植物学性状指标,利用主成分分析法对各品种的外观品质进行综合评价。结果表明:粉丹特和粉佳人经生长调节剂p=100 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)和生长调节剂p=100 mg/L生根粉(ABT,φ=50%)处理后的生根率最高,均达到95.00%;黄扣和粉佳人在成分配比为w(椰糠)∶w(珍珠岩)=3∶2的基质中生根率均达到100%。除瓶苗期外,其余生育时期各品种的植物学性状指标均有显著性差异。综合各品种植物学性状和外观品质的综合评分,粉佳人、小金星、粉丹特瓶外生根及外观品质的表现更好。
An in vitro rooting test was carried out using 8 different varieties of Cut Chrysanthemum as experimental materials,and different botanical traits were observed during the seedling stage,vegetative growth stage,bud stage,and flowering stage of the various varieties.The quality characteristics of the cut Chrysanthemums were comprehensively evaluated using principal component analysis.The results showed that the rooting rates of Pink Dante and Pink Jiaren treated with 100 mg/L potassium indole butyrate (IBA) and100 mg/L ABT(φ=50%) were the highest,both reaching 95.00%.The rooting rates of Yellow Buckle and Pink Jiaren were 100%in a substrate with a ratio of w(coconut husk)∶w(perlite)=3∶2.Apart from the seedling stage,there were significant differences in botanical traits among the different varieties of cut Chrysanthemums during the other stages.Considering the overall agronomic traits and principal component scores,Pink Jiaren,Xiao Jinxing and Pink Dante showed better performance.
