摘要
以泥炭土为主要材料,按不同比例混合锯木屑、腐殖土、鸡粪/羊粪配制轻基质,研究不同轻基质配比对紫叶矮樱苗生长的影响,观测苗高、地径、生物量及主根长度等生长指标,并采用DTOPSIS法对各轻基质配比进行综合评价,筛选适宜紫叶矮樱苗培育的最佳配比轻基质。结果表明:不同轻基质配比对紫叶矮樱苗的生长发育影响显著(P<0.05),其中成分配比为w(珍珠岩)∶w(锯木屑)∶w(鸡粪)∶w(泥炭土)=10∶10∶5∶75的轻基质最适宜紫叶矮樱苗生长,苗高增长量为14.67 cm,地径增长量为1 cm,根冠比为0.30,生物量为37.15 g,主根长度为10.17 cm。
The effects of different lightweight substrate ratios on the growth of Prunus×cistena seedlings were studied using peat soil as the basic material and mixing it with sawdust,humus soil,chicken manure,and sheep manure in different proportions.Growth indicators such as seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,and primary root length were observed.The DTOPSIS method was used for comprehensive evaluation of the different lightweight substrate ratios,and the optimal ratio of lightweight substrate suitable for Prunus×cistena seedling cultivation was screened out.The results showed that different lightweight substrate ratios had significant effects(P<0.05) on the growth and development of Prunus×cistena seedlings,among which the treatment with a composition ratio of w(perlite):w(sawdust):w(chicken manure):w(peat soil)=10∶10∶5∶75 was most suitable for the growth of Prunus×cistena seedlings.It showed a maximum increase in seedling height of 14.67cm,a maximum increase in ground diameter of 1cm,a root-to-shoot ratio of 0.30,biomass of 37.15 g,and a primary root length of up to 10.17 cm.
