摘要
悬臂浇筑法施工时,墩顶节段常采用托架法施工,尤其对高墩这种方式优势更为明显。为消除托架的非弹性变形和掌握托架的弹性变形,在托架安装就位后需要进行预压,本文以护国河特大桥主墩0、1号块施工托架为例,对反拉预压荷载确定、反拉预压加载方法、加载等级、加载程序、预压加载应用效果进行了分析,通过实际应用表明,反拉预压方法具有工期短、成本低、效率高等明显优势,值得在今后同类工程中进行推广应用。
When using the cantilever pouring method for construction,the bracket method is often used for the top section of the pier,especially for high piers,which has more obvious advantages.In order to eliminate the non-elastic deformation of the bracket and master the elastic deformation of the bracket,preloading is required after the bracket is installed in place.This article takes the construction bracket of the main piers 0 and 1 of the Huguo River Bridge as an example to analyze the determination of the reverse tension preloading load,the reverse tension preloading loading method,the loading level,the loading program,and the application effect of the preloading load.Through practical application,it is shown that the reverse tension preloading method has the obvious advantages of short construction period,low cost,and high efficiency,and is worth promoting and applying in similar projects in the future.
