摘要
活性粉末混凝土(RPC)是一种路面工程新型的超高性能混凝土。影响RPC力学性能的因素很多,本文研究了固化温度和钢纤维种类对材料强度的影响。研究了固化温度和钢纤维种类对材料强度的影响。研究结果表明,在一定范围内,RPC的强度随固化温度的升高而增加,当固化温度为90℃时可达到最大强度。在实际工程中,最佳养护温度为75℃。研究表明,掺入细钢纤维可以优化其力学性能。
Reactive powder concrete(RPC)is a new type of ultra-high performance concrete for pavement engineering.Many factors influence the mechanical properties of RPC.This article investigates the effects of curing temperature and steel fiber types on material strength.The research results indicate that within a certain range,the strength of RPC increases with higher curing temperature,reaching its maximum strength at 90℃.In practical engineering,the optimal curing temperature is found to be 75℃.Research has shown that adding fine steel fibers can optimize the mechanical properties of RPC.
