摘要
本文结合新时期的特征,对高职院校人事档案数字化现状和人才服务信息化建设现实情况进行调研,分析高等职业院校人事档案数字化与人才服务信息化建设现行模式及问题。在此基础上,利用“硬制度、强管理、新技术”软硬并举的策略,构建高职院校人事档案数字化与人才服务信息化建设系统框架,并对高等职业院校人事档案数字化与人才服务信息化建设提出对策。
Based on the characteristics of the new era,this paper investigates the current situation of the digitalization of personnel files and the construction of talent service informatization in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the current mode and problems of personnel archives digitization and personnel service information construction in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,using the strategy of"hard system,strong management and new technology",the system framework of personnel file digitization and personnel service information construction in higher vocational colleges is constructed,and the countermeasures of personnel file digitization and personnel service information construction in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
