现代学徒制背景下的铁道工程双高专业群课程改革研究

Research on the Curriculum Reform of Railway Engineering Double High Majors under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship System

现行的铁道工程专业群课程设置和教学方法已经难以满足行业的需求,距离基于现代学徒制培养模式高水准建设存在诸多问题,课程改革势在必行。深入分析铁道工程双高专业群课程的特点和现状,拟定了铁道工程双高专业群课程改革的核心内容和原则,系统提出了铁道工程双高专业群课程改革的实施路径,依托石家庄铁路职业技术学院铁道工程专业群,进行了具体课程改革实施,取得了优质数字教学资源、高质量教学成果、数字资源广泛推广应用等诸多成效,为其他类似专业群现代学徒制背景下的课程改革提供了有益的借鉴。

The current curriculum and teaching methods for railway engineering majors are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of the industry,and there are many problems with the high-level construction of modern apprenticeship training models.Therefore,curriculum reform is imperative.Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics and current situation of railway engineering double high professional group courses,the core content and principles of railway engineering double high professional group course reform have been formulated,and the implementation path of railway engineering double high professional group course reform has been systematically proposed.Based on the railway engineering professional group of Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology,specific curriculum reforms such as high-quality digital teaching resources,high-quality teaching results,and widespread promotion and application of digital resources have been implemented.It have provided valuable references for curriculum reform in other similar professional groups under the background of modern apprenticeship.
