AHP-CRITIC法结合正交设计优化红黄丹酊提取工艺

Optimization of Extraction Process of Honghuangdan Tincture Based on AHP-CRITIC Weighting Analysis Combined with Orthogonal Design

摘要 目的 优选红黄丹酊复方的制备工艺。方法 以羟基红花黄色素A(HYSA)、大黄游离蒽醌的提取率和总固体得率作为考察指标,通过层次分析法(AHP)、基于指标相关性确定权重的方法(CRITIC)及AHP-CRITIC混合加权法对各指标的权重系数赋值,应用综合评分法对正交试验结果进行分析,优选红黄丹酊剂的的制备工艺参数。结果 AHP-CRITIC混合加权法科学合理,优选出的最佳制备工艺为4倍量50%乙醇浸渍10 d。结论 优选的制备工艺简便、稳定、成本低,可用于红黄丹酊的制备。 Objective To optimize the preparation process of Honghuangdan Tincture.Methods The weight coefficients of the indicators including the extraction rates of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HYSA),free anthraquinones from Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma and the yield of total solid were assigned by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC),and AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting analysis.The orthogonal experimental results were analyzed by comprehensive scoring method to optimize the preparation process parameters of Honghuangdan Tincture.Results AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method was scientific and reasonable.The optimal process was as follows:the medicinal materials were extracted by soaking with 4 times of 50%ethanol for 10 days.Conclusion The optimized process is simple,stable and low-cost,and can be used for the preparation of Honghuangdan Tincture.
