摘要
肉桂油为肉桂的干燥树枝、叶经水蒸气蒸馏提取的挥发油,桂皮醛、桂皮酸是挥发油中的主要有效成分。本文通过查阅近年文献,整理肉桂油的抗炎与抗肿瘤作用及其机制,结果表明:肉桂油具有抗关节炎、神经炎、心肌炎等作用,其作用机制可能是对炎症细胞因子、环氧化酶、NO水平的调节及相关信号通路(MAPK、JAK/STAT等)的影响;肉桂油对肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等具有抑制作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞分化、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡有关,或是通过影响Wnt/β-catenin、Hedgehog、PI3K/AKT、NF-κB等信号通路而发挥抗癌作用。肉桂油具有良好的抗炎与抗肿瘤作用,其疗效佳、安全性高,应进一步加强肉桂油的深度加工及产品研发。
Cinnamon oil is a volatile oil extracted from dried branches and leaves of Cinnamomum cassia Presl by steam distillation.In cinnamon oil,cinnamic aldehyde and cinnamic acid are the main active components.This article summarizes the anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects and action mechanism of cinnamon oil by reviewing the literature in recent years.The results show that cinnamon oil has anti-arthritis,anti-neuritis,anti-myocarditis and other effects,and its action mechanism may be related to regulation of inflammatory cytokines,cyclooxygenase and NO levels and influence on related signaling pathways(MAPK,JAK/STAT,etc.).Cinnamon oil has inhibitory effect on lung cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer and other cancers,and its action mechanism may be related to inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,induction of tumor cell differentiation,and promotion of tumor cell apoptosis.It may also exert anti-tumor effects by affecting Wnt/β-catenin,Hedgehog,PI3K/AKT,NF-κB and other signaling pathways.Cinnamon oil has good anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects,as well as good efficacy and high safety.The deep processing and product development of cinnamon oil should be further strengthened.
