摘要
弹簧力值衰减是影响列车制动系统调压阀稳定性的重要因素,关键调压阀输出压力衰减会对列车运行安全带来隐患。在一定的应力条件下,弹簧材料、强压方式以及抛丸处理是影响弹簧抗衰减能力的主要因素。设计试验探索以上因素对于既定结构弹簧抗衰减能力的影响,并寻找弹簧优化方案减少使用过程中的力值衰减。试验数据表明:不锈钢弹簧抗衰减能力优于碳素弹簧钢丝;热强压处理弹簧抗衰减能力优于冷强压处理弹簧;不进行抛丸处理的弹簧抗衰减能力优于抛丸处理弹簧。结合功能需求和制造成本,完成了对既有弹簧的优化,试验效果良好。
The spring load reduction is a key factor for stability of pressure regulating valve in braking systems of high speed railways.At certain stress level,types of spring materials,hot/cold press and shot peening are main factors of load reduction.Experiments are designed to find relations between these factors and load reduction of regulating spring.Also an optimized design is worked out.According to the data,relaxation of stainless steel is less than carbon steel;hot pressed spring is less than cold pressed spring and non-shot peening spring is less than shot peened spring.Optimized design considering function and cost are applied and showing better stability of pressure in regulating valves.
