冬季瓦日线南吕梁山长大隧道内列车管压异常上升研究

摘要 冬季机务段担当的瓦日线运输任务中,连续发生上行空载列车在南吕梁山长大隧道内列车管压力上升10~20 kPa,出隧道又下降的异常现象,且有个别列车出现了车辆自然制动以致途停的情况。经调研、添乘,对部分列车运行数据及添乘记录数据进行分析。结果表明:冬季严寒时期长大隧道内外温差较大,列车进入隧道后,列车管的制动系统空气先于均衡风缸被隧道空气加热升温,且风压值与增高量更大。当列车管与均衡风缸风压差达到定值,中继阀开启,列车管排风,易使部分制动机灵敏度高的车辆发生制动。隧道内列车管压波动大小影响车辆制动机的制动阀,列车管压波动大小与中继阀动作的灵敏度及排风速率等参数有关。 In the winter of 2021,in the transportation task of Wairi Line,the abnormal phenomenon occurred that the pressure of the upbound empty train tube in the long tunnel of Nanlvliangshan increased by 10~20 kPa,and then dropped out of the tunnel.In addition,some trains had natural braking and stopped on the way.After the investigation and ride,some data of train operation and ride record are analyzed.The results show that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the long tunnel is large during the cold period in winter.After the train enters the tunnel,the air in the braking system of the train pipe is heated up by the tunnel air before the equalizing air cylinder,and the wind pressure value and increase amount are larger.When the wind pressure difference between the train tube and the equalizing air cylinder reaches a fixed value,the relay valve is opened and the train tube exhausted air,which makes it easy to brake some vehicles with high brake sensitivity.The fluctuation of the train pipe pressure in the tunnel affects the brake valve of the locomotive brake,and the fluctuation of the train pipe pressure is related to the sensitivity of the relay valve and the exhaust speed.
