A型地铁车辆轴重超标问题分析研究

摘要 A型地铁车辆轴重达到17 t,超过标准的要求。标准对车辆轴重限制主要基于当时具体情况(速度、载重等),随着地铁技术的快速发展,轴重已经成为制约地铁车辆性能提升瓶颈。研究了相同结构下2种轴重对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响。同时对该型地铁车辆型式试验数据进行分析。通过动力学仿真分析发现2种轴重车辆稳定性、平稳性、曲线通过性能等指标相差较小,且都能够满足标准要求。此外通过现场型式试验发现轴重17 t地铁车辆对应的动力学方面都具有较为优秀性能指标,完全满足标准要求。分析结果表明:2种轴重车辆动力学性能指标基本一致都达到设计要求。在兼顾车辆功能需求的前提下将轴重限制放宽到≤17 t是合理并有先例的。 Aiming at the issue that the axle-weight of A-type metro vehicle reaches 17 tons,which exceeds the standard requirements,the influence of different axle loads was studied on the dynamic performance of metro with the same structure.It is found that the axle load limit of the standard was mainly based on the specific conditions(speed,load,etc.)at that time.With the rapid development of metro technology,axle load has become a bottleneck restricting the performance improvement of metro.At the same time,the type test data of the metro were analyzed.On the other hand,through the dynamic simulation analysis,it was found that there was little difference between different axle load vehicles,they can both meet the standard requirements.In addition,through the field test,the corresponding dynamics of metro with 17 tons axle load have excellent performance indicators,which fully meet the requirements of the standard.The results show that the dynamic performance indexes of the two different axle load vehicles are basically the same.It is reasonable and precedent to relax the axle load limit to 17 tons.
