地方特色高校开展有组织科研策略研究

科技创新能力是国家核心竞争力的基石,科学发现和技术发明影响并决定着全球战略性新兴产业的发展格局。作为地方特色高校,如何紧紧围绕国家重大战略需求,以成体系建制化模式组织科技创新活动,成为其推进自身建设和高质量发展的关键问题。本文基于地方特色高校开展有组织科研的重要意义,分别从科研平台搭建、人才队伍建设、科技成果评价机制等方面,剖析了当前存在的短板,并提出相关对策,以期为地方特色高校及地方综合性高校有效开展有组织科研提供参考。

Technological innovation capability is the cornerstone of a country's core competitiveness,and scientific discoveries and technological inventions influence and determine the development pattern of global strategic emerging industries.As a local characteristic university,how to organize scientific and technological innovation activities in a systematic and institutionalized manner closely around the major strategic needs of the country has become a key issue for promoting its own construction and high-quality development.This article is based on the important significance of organizing scientific research in local characteristic universities.It analyzes the current shortcomings from the aspects of building research platforms,building talent teams,and evaluating mechanisms for scientific and technological achievements,and proposes relevant countermeasures to provide reference for local characteristic universities and local comprehensive universities to effectively carry out organized scientific research.
