为探讨宁夏高速公路养护现状及其相应的养护管理、养护技术和资金保障体系,解决当前养护管理新业态和养护技术与计价依据不匹配的问题,通过深入分析宁夏回族自治区高速公路养护方法和现行公路养护行业标准,考虑养护新技术、新设备、新材料等因素,进行全面、系统的测算。通过研究及实践,宁夏高速公路养护工程获得了“有据可查”“有价可依”的计价标准,同时,新养护技术得到了发展,并配套产生了相应的计价定额。通过深入剖析宁夏地区高速公路养护的各个方面,成功提出了一套适应当地实际情况的养护预算编制方法和定额标准,为高速公路的可持续发展提供了有力保障。

The article aims to explore the current status of highway maintenance in Ningxia and its corresponding maintenance management,maintenance technology,and financial guarantee system,and to solve the problem of mismatch between new maintenance management formats and maintenance technology and pricing basis.Through in-depth analysis of the maintenance methods and current industry standards for highways in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and considering factors such as new maintenance technologies,equipment,and materials,a comprehensive and systematic calculation is conducted.Through research,the maintenance projects of highways in Ningxia have obtained pricing standards that are“traceable”and“valuable”.At the same time,new maintenance technologies have been developed and corresponding pricing quotas have been generated.The article successfully proposes a set of maintenance budget preparation methods and quota standards that adapt to the local actual situation by deeply analyzing various aspects of highway maintenance in Ningxia,which will provide strong guarantees for the sustainable development of highways.
