工业运输管带机廊道桥在风荷载下抗倾覆能力优化设计探讨

摘要 工业运输管带机廊道桥作为当前工业长距离运输的重要工具,其具有运力高、全天候、不间断等特点,在火电燃煤机组大型化和港口散料吞吐量等领域发挥着不可替代的作用。随着我国对环保意识的提高,传统管带机廊道桥无屋面、屋盖的设计形式带来了严重的扬尘和噪声污染,给周边的居民造成长期影响。为此,以3×20m传统管带机廊道桥为例,探究增加防火型岩棉复合板作为屋面屋盖的情况下引发的风荷载增大问题,以及造成的抗倾覆能力不足的不利影响,提出了提高抗倾覆能力优化设计。 As an important tool for long-distance industrial transportation,industrial transportation pipe and machine corridor bridges have the characteristics of high transportation capacity,all-weather,and uninterrupted.They play an irreplaceable role in the fields of large-scale thermal power coal-fired units and port bulk material throughput.In recent years,with the improvement of environmental awareness in China,the traditional design form of pipe and machine corridor bridges without roofs and roofs has brought serious dust and noise pollution,causing long-term impact on surrounding residents.Therefore,the article takes a length of 3×20m traditional pipe conveyor corridor bridge as an example,this paper discusses the addition of fire-resistant rock wool composite panels as roof roofs,and studies the adverse effects of increased wind loads on insufficient anti overturning ability.It also proposes an optimized design to improve anti overturning ability.
