摘要
为探讨变电站巡检工作中的智能机器人技术运用要点,阐述了智能巡检机器人基本组成结构,结合变电站的巡检实践需求探析了完善技术的具体路径。研究结果显示,变电站的常规巡检工作具有保障变电站稳定安全运行的重要作用,在当前变电站大规模发展趋势下,智能巡检的机器人技术或为变电站展开全过程巡检工作的关键技术支撑。变电站的设备巡检管理人员采用智能机器人的巡检技术方案,能够显著促进变电站的巡检资源合理利用,采取远程智能化的自动控制形式降低了变电站突发故障的概率。智能巡检机器人对变电站的实时运行状况能够进行动态化的数据采集,有力推动了变电站的巡检科学决策的形成。
The application of intelligent robot technology in substation inspection is discussed.This paper mainly discusses the basic structure of intelligent inspection robot in substation inspection work,and explores the specific path of technology improvement according to the practical requirements of substation inspection.The research results show that the routine inspection of the substation plays an important role in ensuring the stable and safe operation of the substation.Under the large-scale construction and development trend of the substation in the current period,the key technical support for the whole process inspection of the substation is mainly intelligent inspection robots.Based on this,this paper concludes that by adopting intelligent robot inspection technology,equipment inspection managers of substations should be able to significantly promote the economical utilization of inspection resources in substations,and adopt remote intelligent automatic control to reduce the probability of sudden use failures in substations.Intelligent inspection robot can carry out dynamic data acquisition for real-time operation of substation,which strongly supports the formation of scientific decision-making of substation inspection.
