为解决建筑企业资质管理中存在的管理制度缺失、思想观念陈旧的问题,规避由此引发的资质管理效能下降困境,保证建筑行业市场的正常、稳定运行,分析了建筑企业资质管理的重要性和现存短板问题,然后归纳可行的优化措施,提出了重视企业信息化建立、重视工程竣工管理、重视资质证书管理等一系列建议,希望能为建筑企业资质管理实践提供参考。

In order to solve the problems of missing management systems and outdated ideological concepts in the qualification management of construction enterprises,avoid the decline in qualification management efficiency caused by this,and ensure the normal and stable operation of the construction industry market,this article conducts in-depth and systematic exploration.Firstly,the importance and existing shortcomings of qualification management in construction enterprises were analyzed.Then,feasible optimization measures were summarized,and a series of suggestions were proposed,including emphasizing enterprise information establishment,engineering completion management,and qualification certificate management.It is hoped that this can provide reference for the practice of qualification management in construction enterprises.
