摘要
本文以不同方式(单掺、混掺)研究玄武岩纤维掺量(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)和纤维长度(6mm、9mm、12mm)对水泥基复合材料抗折强度的影响。结果表明:玄武岩纤维对水泥基复合材料的抗折强度起到明显提升作用,单掺时本实验最优掺量为0.3%,最佳长度为9mm。混掺最优方案为三种纤维长度等量混掺。
In this paper,the effects of basalt fiber content(0.1%,0.3%,0.5%)and fiber length(6mm,9mm,12mm)on the flexural strength of cement-based composites were studied in different ways(single and mixed).The results show that basalt fiber has a significant effect on the flexural strength of cement-based composites.The optimal content and length of the composite are 0.3%and 9mm respectively.The optimal mixing scheme is the mixing of three kinds of fibers with equal length.
