建筑施工中模板的安装工艺及其质量控制研究

Research on the Installation Processes and Quality Control of Formwork in Building Construction

为解决当前建筑施工中,部分模板安装工程使用工艺不完善,安装质量较低,偏移量较大,无法保证模板稳固性,降低工程施工质量的问题,以紫金名苑3#、4#楼、幼儿园及社区服务用房工程为例,开展了模板安装工艺的全方位研究,并针对安装质量控制,作出了探究。通过模板配模设计、模板安装混凝土侧压力荷载计算、模板安装工艺流程多维度设计,提出了一种全新的模板安装工艺。基于标准化理念,设计了对应的安装质量控制方法。对比分析可知,新的方法能够显著提升建筑工程整体质量水平,模板安装后,其验收合格率均能够达到96%以上,可行性较高。

In order to solve the problems of incomplete template installation processes,low installation quality,large deviation,and inability to ensure template stability and reduce construction quality in some current construction projects,a comprehensive study of template installation processes was conducted using the projects of Zijin Mingyuan 3#and 4#buildings,kindergartens,and community service rooms as examples,and exploration was made for installation quality control.A new template installation process has been proposed through the design of template matching,calculation of concrete lateral pressure load during template installation,and multi-dimensional design of template installation process.Based on the standardization concept,corresponding installation quality control methods have been designed.Comparative analysis shows that the new method can significantly improve the overall quality level of construction projects.After the installation of templates,the acceptance rate can reach over 96%,indicating high feasibility.
