基于BIM技术的酒店安装工程管线综合设计和施工技术研究

摘要 以杭政储出(2017)12号地块旅馆兼容公共交通场站用房工程为背景,针对安装工程管道综合设计和施工技术展开分析,运用BIM技术建立了管道综合模型,对酒店机房多、管井多、管线密集,综合排布等难点进行信息化解决,提出了相应的管道施工技术要点。结果表明,酒店安装工程管道综合设计和施工具有管线密集、施工综合管线布置要求高、井道综合排布难度大,智能化程度要求高等难点;BIM技术集成了多专业的三维模型,实现了各专业管道模型的冲突碰撞检测,并对设备用房的管线排布进行优化;针对地下室机房管道安装、管道井管道安装、地下车库管道安装提出了相应的施工要点,实施效果表明,管道安装布局合理、精致美观,安装规范、固定牢固、运行平稳可靠。 Against the background of the Hangzhengchuchu(2017)No.12 plot hotel compatible public transportation station building project,an analysis was conducted on the comprehensive design and construction technology of the installation project pipeline.BIM technology was used to establish a pipeline comprehensive model,which solved the difficulties of multiple hotel rooms,multiple pipe wells,dense pipelines,and comprehensive layout through information technology.The corresponding key points of pipeline construction technology were proposed.The results indicate that the comprehensive design and construction of hotel installation engineering pipelines have difficulties such as dense pipelines,high requirements for comprehensive pipeline layout,high difficulty in comprehensive layout of shafts,and high requirements for intelligence.BIM technology integrates multi-disciplinary 3D models,achieving collision detection of pipeline models in various disciplines,and optimizing the pipeline layout of equipment rooms.Corresponding construction points have been proposed for the installation of pipelines in the basement computer room,pipeline wells,and underground garage.The implementation results show that the pipeline installation layout is reasonable,exquisite,and beautiful,with standardized installation,firm fixation,and stable and reliable operation.
