抗泥型聚羧酸系减水剂的合成与研究进展

摘要 随着我国经济飞速发展,基建步伐的加快,优质的砂石资源越来越少,导致大量含泥量高的砂石被应用到工程建设中。骨料中的含泥量不仅影响聚羧酸高性能减水剂(PCE)的减水效果还降低了PCE对泥土的分散性能。因此提升PCE的抗泥性能已成为今后聚羧酸减水剂发展的关键。本文主要综述了近几年国内外学者对抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的研究进展,介绍了PCE与粘土的作用机理。从优化分子结构、引入抗泥官能团和复配牺牲剂等方面进行总结,分析了目前存在的问题,并对该研究领域今后的发展方向进行了展望。 With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of infrastructure construction,there are fewer and fewer high-quality sand and stone resources,resulting in a large number of sand and stone with high mud content being applied to engineering construction.The mud content in aggregate not only affects the water reducing effect of polycarboxylate high-performance superplasticizer,but also reduces the dispersibility of PCE to soil.Therefore,enhancing the mud resistance of PCE has become the key to the development of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in the future.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizers in recent years,and introduces the mechanism of PCE and clay.The existing problems are analyzed from the aspects of optimizing molecular structure,introducing mud-resistant functional groups and compounding sacrificial agents,and the future development direction of this research field is prospected.
