虚实结合模式下专业实验课程体系的重构探索 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高基础实验课程的学习效果,让学生了解和掌握现代前沿的新技术、新方法,拓展学生的视野,课题组以分子医学实验为例,探讨了专业实验课程体系和教学内容的调整与重构,在基础课程中融入具有一定高阶性、创新性和挑战度的拓展性实验项目,以虚拟仿真实验、微课和慕课等教学资源进行呈现,通过线上线下混合式、选做和必做等柔性教学模式,尊重学生个性化发展,培养学生解决复杂问题的综合能力和自主创新的高级思维能力,以最大限度提升实验内容对专业培养目标的支撑度。 In order to improve the teaching effect,the authors explored the adjustment and reconstruction of professional experimental curriculum system and teaching content,enabling students to understand and master modem cutting-edge technologies and methods.Taking molecular medicine experiments as an example,the authors integrated high-order,innovative,and challenging experimental projects into basic courses,and these projects were presented in teaching resources of virtual simulation experiments,micro-lectures,and MOOCs.Flexible modes were adopted,including online and ofline blended teaching,optional and mandatory experiments,etc.,so that the students’personalized development can be realized.The students can also develop their comprehensive ability to solve complex problems and advanced thinking ability of independent innovation,and the support of experimental content for professional cultivation goals can be maximized.
