大学教学学术下医学院校教师教育教学能力的提升路径

摘要 医学人才培养质量是高等医学教育的内核。医学院校教师的教育教学能力直接关涉医学人才培养质量。大学教学学术是关于大学教学的学术观,与医学院校教师教育教学能力存有耦合关系。大学教学学术是医学院校教师教育教学能力提升的内在基础,医学院校教师教育教学能力提升是大学教学学术的价值体现。大学教学学术需要教师整体基于“大学教师的教”和“医学生的学”深入理解医学院校教师教育教学能力的内涵。深化大学教学学术观,指导医学教育教学实践;开展大学教学学术沙龙,营造大学教学学术文化以及形成大学教学学术共同体,提高医学教育教学质量是大学教学学术下医学院校教师教育教学能力的提升路径。 The quality of medical talent cultivation is the core of higher medical education,and the educational and teaching abilities of medical college teachers are directly related to the quality of medical talent cultivation.Scholarship of teaching and learning(SoTL for short)in higher education is academic outlook on teaching,and there is a coupling relationship between the outlook and the educa-tional and teaching abilities of teachers in medical colleges and universities.SoTL is the foundation for improving the educational and teaching abilities of medical college teachers,and the improvement of educational and teaching abilities of medical college teachers is a manifestation of the value of SoTL.SoTL in higher education requires teachers to understand the intension of educational and teaching abilities which are based on“teaching by teachers in medical colleges and universities”and"learning by medical students".Three major paths to improving the educational and teaching abilities in medical school teachers include:deepening SoTL to guide the practice of medical education and teaching,conducting seminars to create a positive academic atmosphere,and forming an academic community to improve the quality of medical education and teaching.
