摘要
针对老旧小区绿色改造可持续发展的问题,基于“4+4”维度对老旧小区绿色改造可持续发展影响要素进行识别,采用专家打分法结合三角模糊数为参数赋值,构建老旧小区绿色改造可持续发展的系统动力学模型并进行模拟仿真。结果表明:在多条循环反馈关键路径的作用下,老旧小区绿色改造可持续发展整体呈增长趋势,其中政策法规支持度、各项目参与方收益率对老旧小区绿色改造可持续发展的影响程度较大,其次是维护成本水平、绿色施工水平等要素。提出了加大资金投入、健全改造规划制度、提高项目各参与方的绿色意识,以及加强政府监督等建议。研究结论为促进老旧小区绿色改造可持续发展提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of sustainable development of green transformation in old residential areas,the factors affecting the sustainable development of green transformation in old residential areas were identified based on the"4+4"dimension,and the system dynamics model of sustainable development of green transformation in old residential areas was built and simulated by using expert scoring method combined with triangular fuzzy number as parameter assignment.The results show that the sustainable development of green transformation in old residential areas shows an overall increasing trend under the influence of multiple cyclic feedback critical paths,in which the support degree of policies and regulations and the rate of return of project participants have a greater impact on the sustainable development of green transformation in old residential areas,followed by the maintenance cost level,green construction leveland other factors.Some suggestions are put forward,such as increasing capital input,improving the system of renovation planning,raising the green consciousness of all participants of the project and strengthening government supervision.The conclusioncan provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of green transformation of old residential areas.
