Research on Training Model of Top-Notch Innovative Talents in Management Disciplines under the Background of New Liberal Arts

管理学科人才培养模式改革和创新是新文科建设的重要内容,也是国家战略和社会发展的必然要求。文章从新文科背景下管理学科拔尖创新人才培养新内涵出发,探讨了人才培养的逻辑与路径。进而,结合笔者教学改革实践工作,提出了一套“一二三”式培养理念,即以国家和社会需求以及学科和产业发展趋势为导向,充分利用教育资源与国际高水平学术交流两个平台,以德育知识、专业知识和素质拓展三个模块协同培养,并从课程创新、科研创新、实践创新角度构建了“六位一体”人才培养模式。

The reform and innovation of training model of top-notch innovative talents in management disciplines is an important content of the construction of new liberal arts,as well as an inevitable requirement for national strategy and social development.Starting from the new connotation of educating top-notch innovative talents in management disciplines in the context of new liberal arts,this paper explores the logic and path of talents training.Furthermore,based on the practical work of the author’s teaching reform,a set of“one,two,and three”training concept has been proposed.The“one”of the concept means“one orientation”,that is guided by the needs of the state and society as well as the development trend of disciplines and industries.The“two”means“two platforms”,that is,making full use of the two platforms of educational resources and international high-level academic exchanges.The“three”represents three modules,that is to say,the three modules of moral knowledge,professional knowledge and quality development synergistically cultivate talents in management disciplines.Based on this training concept,a“six-in-one”talents training model has been constructed from the perspectives of curriculum innovation,scientific research innovation and practice innovation.
