工程领域紧缺人才培养与新工科专业建设

Cultivation of Short-Supplied Talents in Engineering Field and Construction of New Engineering Specialty

加强专业建设既是高校适应工程领域紧缺人才培养规律的客观要求,也是落实国家紧缺人才发展战略的实践行动。但由于受需求紧迫性与急功近利心态的影响,工程领域紧缺人才专业建设存在粗放式发展、跟风式设置、学科规训惯性、保障机制不健全等问题。实践中的关键问题要妥善处理紧缺人才培养的数量与质量,短期效益与长远效应,专业技能与综合素养之间的关系,构建新工科“大专业”建设模式。同时,要通过优化政府治理方式,重塑企业角色和行为模式,完善高校人才培养治理体系,健全工程领域紧缺人才专业建设的保障机制。

Strengthening specialty construction is not only an objective requirement for universities to adapt to the law of short-supplied talents training in engineering field,but also a practical action for universities to implement the national short-supplied talents development strategy.However,due to the impact of the urgency of demand and the mentality of being eager for quick success and instant benefit,there are some problems in the specialty construction of short-supplied talents in engineering field,such as extensive development,setting the specialty by following the trend,the inertia of discipline,imperfect guarantee mechanism and so on.The key problem in practice is to properly deal with the relationships between the quantity and quality,short-term benefits and long-term effects as well as professional skills and comprehensive quality in the cultivation of short-supplied talents so as to build a“big specialty”mode of new engineering construction.At the same time,we should improve the guarantee mechanism for the specialty construction of short-supplied talents in the engineering field by optimizing the way of government governance,reshaping the role and behavior mode of enterprises,and improving the management system of talent training in universities.
