摘要
本文通过铝电解生产过程中,对如何人机配合来更好的处理壳头包进行探讨,以此引入槽控机打壳装置的技改。具体做法是在电解槽控机上加装遥控装置,将处理壳头包的线路改造成在特定条件下可遥控操作,从而实现人工遥控处理壳头包。经过改造之后的槽控机,不但降低了看槽工处理壳头包的劳动强度,而且避免了槽控机人为的干预,使得设备运行更加高效、安全。
In this paper,through the aluminumelectrolysis production process,how to better handle the shell head package by man-machine cooperation is discussed,so as to introduce the technical transformation of the shell breaking device of the cell control machine.The concrete method is to install a remote control device on the electrolytic cell controller,and transform the circuit for processing the shell head package into a remote control operation under specific conditions,so as to realize manual remote control processing of the shell head package.After modification,the trough control machine not only reduces the labor intensity of the groomer in handling the shell head bag,but also avoids the artificial intervention of the trough control machine,making the equipment run more efficiently and safely.
