摘要
为研究大豆凝集素对兔小肠组织的氧化应激以及炎症因子的影响,试验选择体质量(725.45±20.10)g、健康的35日龄断奶新西兰白兔30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,分别按0、17.5、87.5 mg/kg的剂量灌胃大豆凝集素,试验期10 d,试验结束后,采集十二指肠、空肠和回肠组织。结果显示:与0 mg/kg大豆凝集素组相比,87.5 mg/kg大豆凝集素组兔十二指肠、空肠及回肠的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著降低,分别降低了31.96%、49.27%、36.35%,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,分别升高了217.84%、132.46%、74.29%(P<0.05),十二指肠、空肠的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著降低,分别降低了22.05%、45.51%(P<0.05),空肠和回肠的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著降低,分别降低了36.73%、29.69%(P<0.05)。与0 mg/kg大豆凝集素组相比,87.5 mg/kg大豆凝集素组兔空肠的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著升高了21.12%(P<0.05),17.5 mg/kg和87.5 mg/kg大豆凝集素组兔回肠的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量明显增加,分别增加了55.23%、65.73%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在兔的养殖过程中,摄入过高含量的大豆凝集素会诱发小肠组织的氧化应激,加重肠道的炎性反应,损害兔的肠道健康。
This study was conducted to explore the effects of soybean agglutinin on oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in rabbit small intestine.Thirty healthy 35-day-old weaned New Zealand white rabbits with a body weight of(725.45±20.10)g were randomly divided into three groups,10 rabbits in each group,and soybean agglutinin was gavaged at doses of 0,17.5,87.5 mg/kg,respectively,for 10 days.After the experiment,duodenal,jejunal and ileal tissues were collected.The results showed that compared with the 0 mg/kg soybean agglutinin group,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of rabbits in the 87.5 mg/kg soybean agglutinin group was significantly decreased by 31.96%,49.27%and 36.35%respectively,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly increased by 217.84%,132.46%,and 74.29%respectively(P<0.05),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in duodenum and jejunum was significantly decreased by 22.05%and 45.51%(P<0.05),and the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in jejunum and ileum was significantly decreased by 36.73%and 29.69%(P<0.05).Compared with the 0 mg/kg soybean agglutinin group,the content of interleukin-6(IL-6)in the jejunum of rabbits in the 87.5 mg/kg soybean agglutinin group was increased significantly by 21.12%(P<0.05),and the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the ileum of rabbits in the 17.5 mg/kg and 87.5 mg/kg soybean agglutinin group was increased significantly by 55.23%and 65.73%(P<0.05).The research indicated that in the process of rabbit breeding,the intake of excessive soybean agglutinin could induce the oxidative stress of small intestine tissue,aggravate the inflammatory reaction of the intestine,and damage the intestinal health of rabbits.
