伊犁哈萨克自治州旅游食品开发的策略研究——以伊宁市为例

摘要 旅游是人们追求美好生活、提高精神层面体验的主要方式,而饮食作为旅游六要素之首,对旅游业的发展有重要影响。伊宁市是伊犁哈萨克自治州全域旅游中的核心游客集散地,开发具有当地文化底蕴的旅游食品作为地域文化符号在促进伊犁旅游产业发展中具有强劲的潜力。本文阐述了伊犁州旅游食品开发的意义,分析了伊宁市旅游食品发展存在的问题,针对伊宁市旅游食品发展的现状,提出了旅游食品开发的策略,以期为西部地区旅游食品的开发提供参考。 Tourism is the main way for people to pursue a better life and improve their spiritual experience,and food,as the first of the six elements of tourism,has a great influence in the development of tourism industry.Yining city is the core tourist distribution center in the whole area tourism of Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture,and the development of tourism food with local cultural heritage as regional cultural symbols has strong potential in promoting the development of Yili tourism industry.This paper elaborates the significance of tourism food development in Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture,analyzes the problems of tourism food development in Yining city,and proposes strategies for tourism food development in view of the current situation of tourism food development in Yining city,with a view to providing reference for the development of tourism food in the western region.
