新工科医学背景下人才培养模式的改革思路与措施——以蚌埠医学院食品质量与安全专业为例

摘要 为了响应时代新要求,应对新经济、新产业对人才的需求,需要解决传统工科类学科教育中存在的问题。在教育部积极推进新工科建设的背景下,地方高等医学院校的工科专业建设迎来了新的挑战与机遇。本文以蚌埠医学院食品质量与安全专业建设为例,在传统的教育模式上更新人才培养理念,采取医工融合、科教融合的协同育人模式,以期为新工科医学背景下人才培养模式的改革与发展提供参考。 In response to the new requirements of the times and the demand for talents in the new economy and industries,it is necessary to address the problems existing in traditional engineering subject education.Against the backdrop of the Ministry of Education actively promoting the construction of new engineering disciplines,the construction of engineering majors in local medical colleges and universities has faced new challenges and opportunities.Taking the construction of food quality and safety major of Bengbu Medical College as an example,this paper updates the concept of talent training in the traditional education model,and adopts the collaborative education model of medical engineering integration,science and education integration,in order to provide reference for the reform and development of talent training model under the background of new engineering medicine.
