With the improvement of people’s quality of life,food safety has gradually become a key issue of concern.In order to effectively ensure the food safety of Chinese residents,food testing technology has emerged,among which food heavy metal detection technology plays an important role and significance in controlling the content of heavy metals in food.This article provides an overview of the impact of food heavy metal pollution on human health and food heavy metal detection technology.It analyzes the factors that affect the quality control of heavy metal detection technology,and proposes countermeasures for the quality control of food heavy metal detection technology,in order to provide reference for workers engaged in the food heavy metal detection industry.
