摘要 食品安全公共卫生事件是一个不容忽视的问题,建立完善的应急管理体系对于保障公众的健康和安全具有重要意义。本文研究了食品安全突发事件全面应急管理体系的构建,并提出了相应的改进和完善措施。完善应急管理体系可以提高应急管理的水平和能力,有效应对食品安全突发事件,保障公众的健康和安全。此外,完善应急管理体系也符合国家实现现代化经济和社会治理的要求,具有重要的战略意义。 Food safety and public health events are a problem that cannot be ignored.Establishing a sound emergency management system is of great significance for protecting public health and safety.This paper studies the construction of a comprehensive emergency management system for food safety emergencies and proposes corresponding improvement and perfection measures.Improving the emergency management system can enhance the level and ability of emergency management,effectively respond to food safety emergencies,and safeguard the health and safety of the public.In addition,improving the emergency management system is also in line with the country’s requirements for achieving modern economic and social governance,which has significant strategic significance.
