摘要
我国食品抽检力度逐年加大,食品安全水平不断提升,但随着抽检批次数量的增加,重复抽检的问题逐渐显现。为了避免各种主客观因素造成的重复抽检,提高食品抽检有效性,各级监管部门和检验机构需要共同努力,探索创新。本文针对食品抽检重复性的问题进行探讨,并提出改进建议,为食品抽检工作提供参考。
The intensity of food sampling in China has been increasing year by year,and the level of food safety has been continuously improving.However,with the increase in the number of sampling batches,the problem of repeated sampling has gradually emerged.In order to avoid duplicate inspections caused by various subjective and objective factors and improve the effectiveness of food inspections,regulatory departments and inspection institutions at all levels need to work together to explore innovation.This article explores the issue of repeatability in food sampling and proposes improvement suggestions,providing reference for food sampling work.
