摘要
为了解营养教育对在校大学生营养素养的影响情况,基于整群抽样法对高校在校大学生的营养素养进行调查。结果显示,在校大学生营养素养整体水平不高,营养教育能够提高在校大学生营养素养水平;年级、学科专业背景对在校大学生营养素养的影响较为明显(P <0.05);营养教育形式对在校大学生营养素养的影响更为直接(P <0.01)。为提高在校大学生的营养素养水平,建议引导大学生树立正确营养观,推动校园营养教育活动常态化,促进师生间健康交流。
To understand the impact of nutrition education on the nutritional literacy of college students,a cluster sampling method was used to investigate the nutritional literacy of college students.The results show that the overall level of nutritional literacy among college students is not high,and nutritional education can improve their nutritional literacy level;the influence of grade and major background on the nutritional literacy of college students is relatively significant(P<0.05);the impact of nutrition education forms on the nutritional literacy of college students is more direct(P<0.01).To improve the nutritional literacy level of college students,it is recommended to guide them to establish a correct nutritional perspective,promote the normalization of campus nutrition education activities,and promote healthy communication between teachers and students.
