摘要
粮食在收储过程中一般会出现霉变、虫害、污染等问题,不仅降低了粮食质量,也增加了粮食的损耗。本文介绍了我国粮食收储过程中主要存在的损耗来源,总结了节粮减损过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出节粮减损的有效措施,为储粮行业的节粮减损提供一定的参考,提高我国粮食安全保障水平。
During the process of grain collection and storage,there are generally problems such as mold,pest damage,and pollution,which not only reduce the quality of grain but also increase the loss of grain.This article introduces the main sources of losses in the process of grain collection and storage in China,summarizes the problems in the process of grain saving and loss reduction,and proposes effective measures for grain saving and loss reduction,providing a certain reference for the grain storage industry’s grain saving and loss reduction,and improving the level of food security guarantee in China.
