摘要
在粮食重金属检测中,传统检测技术虽然稳定性较好,但检测流程复杂、检测设备维护成本较高,在检测速度和范围方面有明显劣势。本文对电感耦合等离子体质谱法、原子荧光光谱法、火焰原子吸收光谱法等传统检测技术进行了客观评价,并辩证分析了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用法、电化学方法、光学传感技术和电子束诱导衍射光谱技术等新技术的优势,旨在推动新技术在粮食安全检测中的应用。
In the detection of heavy metals in grain,although the traditional detection technology has better stability,the detection process is complicated,the maintenance cost of detection equipment is high,and there is an obvious disadvantage in the detection speed and range.This paper objectively evaluates the traditional detection techniques such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,atomic fluorescence spectrometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and dialectically analyzes the advantages of new techniques such as graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,electrochemical methods,optical sensing techniques and electron beam-induced diffraction spectroscopy,with an aim to promote the application of the new techniques to food security detection.
