摘要
食育作为新时代高校育人的重要内容和重要方式,在实现“健康中国”战略和落实“立德树人”根本任务中发挥着重要作用。本文以南京旅游职业学院在校大学生为研究对象,通过将食育根植课堂教学、积极开展学校健康食堂建设、带领学生开展科学研究,以及通过中国传统饮食文化渗透和丰富多彩的校园活动,培育新时代具有较强健康素养与综合能力的当代合格大学生。为全面提高大学生的自身健康素养与水平,构建了以新时代大学生食育育人模式为核心,以渗透中国传统饮食文化为基点,以构建食育育人体系、创新传播路径为突破点,以培育学术研究高地、建设营养健康食堂为创新点,形成了一套可用于推广的大学生食育育人应用研究成果。开展高校食育研究,通过学生、教师、学校“三方联动”,借助5个维度的研究实践,使学生从思想到行为“双向互通”的健康素养水平得到全面提升,为构建适合高校自身需要的食育人才培养体系提供理论与实践支撑。
As an important content and method for educating people in colleges and universities in the new era,dietary education plays an important role in implementing the“healthy China”strategy and implementing the fundamental task of“strengthening morality and cultivating people”.Using university students from Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality as research subjects,we aim to cultivate contemporary qualified university students with strong health literacy and comprehensive abilities in the new era by rooting dietary education in classroom teaching,actively carrying out the construction of school healthy canteens,leading students in scientific research,and infiltrating traditional Chinese food culture and diverse campus activities.In order to comprehensively improve the health literacy and level of college students themselves,with the college student dietary education model in the new era as the core,the penetration of traditional Chinese food culture as the base point,the construction of a dietary education system and innovative communication paths as a breakthrough point,and the cultivation of a highland of academic research and the construction of nutritional and healthy canteens as innovation points,forming a set of applied research results for the promotion of college students in dietary education.Conducting research on food education education in colleges and universities,through the“tripartite linkage”of students,teachers,and schools,and the use of research and practice of five dimensions,the health literacy level of students from thought to behavior“two-way communication”has been comprehensively enhanced,providing theoretical and practical support for constructing a talent training system for dietary education suitable for the needs of colleges and universities themselves.
