摘要
目的:研究水溶性番茄浓缩物及复配红曲粉辅助降血脂功效。方法:根据《辅助降血脂功能评价方法》,建立混合型高脂血症大鼠模型,通过检测血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇的水平来评价水溶性番茄浓缩物及复配红曲粉对高脂血症模型动物的降血脂效果,并考察其对凝血4项(凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原)的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组动物的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量上升,具有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05),因此判定模型成立。与模型对照组比较,高剂量组的水溶性番茄浓缩物能降低高脂血症模型动物血清胆固醇含量,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。水溶性番茄浓缩物复配红曲粉的高剂量组能降低高脂血症模型动物血清的胆固醇和甘油三酯水平。两种受试物均对凝血4项功能无影响。结论:水溶性番茄浓缩物能降低高脂模型动物胆固醇水平,水溶性番茄浓缩物复配红曲粉能同时降低高脂血症模型动物的胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,且对凝血4项无影响。
Objective:To study the auxiliary lipid-lowering function of water soluble tomato concentrate and compound red yeast powder.Method:The mixed hyperlipidemia model on rats was built according to the Evaluation Method of Assistant Lowering Blood Lipid.By measuring the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in serum,we evaluated the effectiveness of the water soluble tomato concentrate and compound red yeast powder.In the meantime,the potential impact on the four items of coagulation(prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time,fibrinogen)of test substance were also studied.Result:Compared with normal control group,the contents of low density lipoprotein,cholesterol,triglyceride in the serum of model control group animals were increased significantly(P<0.01 or 0.05),it indicated that the model was established successfully.Compared with the model control group,the level of TC in water-soluble tomato concentrate high dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The high dose group of water soluble tomato concentrate compounded with red currant powder reduced serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels in hyperlipidaemia model animals.Both subjects had no effect on the 4 functions of coagulation.Conclusion:The water-soluble tomato concentrate can reduce the cholesterol level of hyperlipidemia model animals,while the water soluble tomato concentrate and compound red yeast can simultaneously reduce the cholesterol and triglyceride content of hyperlipidemia model animals.Both test substances have no impact on on the four items of coagulation.
