摘要
畜产品质量安全直接关系到人们的身心健康,也是我国畜牧业实现绿色发展的重要动力。但由于受到牧场养殖、生产加工、运输流通等阶段中多个环节的影响,我国畜产品质量安全问题仍十分严峻。本文在分析导致该问题原因的基础上,提出了相关措施,旨在提高畜产品质量安全管理水平,保障畜产品质量安全。
The quality and safety of animal products are directly related to people’s physical and mental health,and are also an important driving force for China’s animal husbandry to achieve green development.However,due to the impact of multiple stages such as ranch breeding,production and processing,transportation and circulation,the quality and safety issues of livestock products in China are still very serious.Based on the analysis of the causes of this problem,this article proposes relevant measures to improve the level of quality and safety management of livestock products and ensure their quality and safety.
