粮食是与国计民生息息相关的特殊商品,粮食安全事关经济发展和社会稳定。近年来,党和政府高度重视粮食安全问题,而基层粮食质量监测工作在粮食仓储过程中占据着十分重要的地位,是有效提升粮食安全质量,保障社会粮食质量安全的关键。本文分析了目前粮食质量监测工作中存在的问题,并提出了可行建议,旨在推进粮食仓储业务健康发展,维护消费者食品安全利益。

Grain is a special commodity closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and food security is related to economic development and social stability.In recent years,the party and government have attached great importance to the issue of food security,and grassroots food quality monitoring work plays a very important role in the process of grain storage,which is the key to effectively improving the quality of food security and ensuring the quality and safety of social food.This article analyzes the problems in current grain quality monitoring work and proposes feasible suggestions,aiming to promote the healthy development of grain warehousing business and maintain consumer food safety interests.
