摘要
食品微生物检验中,培养基的质量对检验结果有直接影响,对培养基进行质量控制,是提高食品微生物检验质量的关键点之一。因此,本文从培养基的采购、验收、配制贮存以及使用等方面提出了培养基质量控制方式,以供参考。
In food microbiological testing,the quality of the culture medium has a direct impact on the test results.Quality control of the culture medium is one of the key points to improve the quality of food microbiological testing.Therefore,this article proposes quality control methods for culture media from the aspects of procurement,acceptance,preparation,storage,and use,for reference.
