Summary of the best evidence for nursing care of indwelling nasogastric tubes in stroke patients

目的:检索、评价和整合脑卒中病人留置鼻胃管护理最佳证据,为临床护理工作提供循证依据。方法:根据循证资源“6S”模型,检索关于脑卒中病人鼻胃管留置期间护理的最佳证据,包括临床决策、指南、最佳实践、专家共识、Meta分析、证据总结、随机对照试验。检索时限为2013年1月1日-2023年4月30日。由2名研究人员独立对文献进行筛选,选择符合标准的文献进行质量评价,将符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取。结果:最终纳入27篇文献,从置管前、置管时、带管过程管理、拔管前及拔管后5个方面提取38条证据。结论:总结的脑卒中病人留置鼻胃管护理的最佳证据,可为临床护理实践提供循证依据,建议医护人员结合实际选择性应用证据,进一步完善脑卒中病人留置鼻胃管的护理措施。

Objective:To retrieve,evaluate,and integrate the best evidence on the care of indwelling nasogastric tubes in stroke patients to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical nursing work.Methods:Based on the"6S"model of evidence-based resources,the best evidence on the nursing of stroke patients during the nasogastric tube indwelling period was retrieved,including clinical decision-making,guidelines,best practices,expert consensus,Meta-analysis,evidence summary,and randomized controlled trials.The search time limit was January 1,2013 to April 30,2023.Two researchers independently screened the literature,selected the literature that met the standards for quality evaluation,and extracted evidence from the literature that met the quality standards.Results:A total of 27 documents were finally included,and 38 pieces of evidence were extracted from five aspects:before catheterization,during catheterization,management of the catheterization process,before extubation,and after extubation.Conclusions:The summarised best evidence on the nursing of indwelling nasogastric tubes in stroke patients can provide an evidence-based basis for clinical nursing practice.It is recommended that medical staff combine the actual selective application of evidence to further improve the nursing measures for indwelling nasogastric tubes in stroke patients.
