艾滋病病人腹部外科围术期护理质量评价体系的构建

Construction of a quality evaluation system for perioperative nursing care in abdominal surgery for AIDS patients

目的:构建艾滋病病人腹部外科围术期护理质量评价体系。方法:通过文献学习、经验总结和半结构式访谈,拟定初稿,采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行两轮函询。结果:两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.858和0.823,Kendall′s W值为0.195和0.194(P<0.001),建立3个一级指标、13个二级指标、78个三级指标构成的艾滋病病人腹部外科围术期护理质量评价体系。结论:构建的艾滋病病人腹部外科围术期护理质量评价体系符合临床要求,具有可行性。

Objective:To construct a perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for patients with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS).Methods:Through literature study,experience summary,and semi-structured interviews,a first draft was developed,and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence inquiries with 18 experts.Results:The effective recovery rate of the 2-rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.858 and 0.823,and Kendall′s W values were 0.195 and 0.194(P<0.001).A perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for AIDS patients was constructed with 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 78 three-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for abdominal surgery for AIDS patients meets clinical requirements and is feasible.
