摘要
船闸施工条件复杂,传统施工工艺无法满足社会发展需求。以北运河甘棠船闸工程为例,利用BIM技术建立分期模型、三维交底模型、工程量模型、3D打印模型,并在船闸施工过程中应用。结果表明:利用分期模型优化施工方案可以减少施工作业的相互干扰,通过三维交底、3D打印模型可以方便技术交流,利用工程量模型可以提升工程量二次计算速度,从而提高施工效率、降低沟通成本。
The conditions of the ship lock construction are complex,and the traditional construction technology cannot meet the needs of social development.The Gantang ship lock project of the North Canal taken as an example,BIM technology is used to establish staging models,three-dimensional bottom models,engineering quantity models and 3D printing models,and they are applied to the construction process of the ship locks.The results show that the use of phased model to optimize the construction scheme can reduce the mutual interference of construction operations,the technical communication can be facilitated through three-dimensional disclosure and 3D printing model,and the secondary calculation speed of engineering quantity can be improved by using the quantity model,so that BIM technology can improve construction efficiency and reduce communication costs.
