蒙脱石散联合吗丁啉对胃肠炎患儿血清炎症因子水平和免疫功能的影响

Effect of montmorillonite powder combined with domperidone on serum inflammation levels and immune functions in children with gastroenteritis

目的探究蒙脱石散联合吗丁啉对胃肠炎患儿血清炎症因子水平和免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2022年9月收治的579例胃肠炎患儿作为本次研究对象,采用电脑随机数字法将其分为两组。对照组(290例)患儿予以吗丁啉治疗,研究组(289例)患儿予以蒙脱石散联合吗丁啉治疗。比较两组患儿疗效、炎症因子水平、免疫功能、胃肠功能及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、PCT、MOT、GAS水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对胃肠炎患儿予以蒙脱石散联合吗丁啉治疗,患儿疗效明显提升,下调炎症因子水平,免疫功能及胃肠功能明显改善,且不会增加药物不良反应,用药安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effects of montmorillonite powder combined with domperidone on serum inflammation levels and immune functions in children with gastroenteritis.Methods A total of 579 children with gastroenteritis admitted to hospital from September 2017 to September 2022 were selected as subjects in this study,and they were divided into two groups by computerized random number method.Control group(290 cases)were treated with domperidone,and study group(289 cases)were treated with montmorillonite powder combined with domperidone.And then,efficacy,inflammation levels,immune functions,gastrointestinal functions,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT),motilin(MOT),and gastrin(GAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,PCT,MOT and GAS in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups increased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).No statistically significant difference in adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with domperidone in the treatment of children with gastroenteritis can significantly improve the efficacy of the children,downregulate the levels of inflammatory factors,and significantly improve immune and gastrointestinal functions,and dose not increase adverse drug reactions,with high drug safety.
