The Value Implication and Path Construction of Integrating Heroic Spirit into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

英雄是时代的先锋,民族的脊梁。英雄精神与高校思想政治教育相辅相成:一方面,英雄精神蕴含坚定的理想信念、伟大的爱国情怀与无私的奉献精神,是高校思想政治教育的生动鲜活素材,对于培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有重要价值;另一方面,高校作为培养堪当民族复兴大任时代新人的主战场,是开展大学生思想政治教育的主阵地,为讲好英雄故事、传承弘扬英雄精神提供了广阔平台。因此,高校必须挖掘英雄的鲜明特征、精神内涵和时代意蕴,运用英雄精神助推高校创新思想政治教育的新维度、促进新发展、开拓新境界、增添新内容。高校要讲好建党百年来涌现出的英雄事迹及其精神内涵,传承并弘扬好新时代的英雄精神,充分发挥思政课主渠道作用,构建依托大学生主体认同、新媒体跨时空传播以及协同式育人的融合路径,促进英雄精神高质量融入高校思想政治教育,全员、全方位、全过程地增强高校立德树人工作的实效性。

Heroes are the vanguard of the times and the backbone of the nation.The heroic spirit and ideological and political educa-tion in colleges and universities complement each other.On the one hand,the heroic spirit contains firm ideals and beliefs,great pat-riotic feelings,and selfless dedication.It is the vivid material of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It has great value for training new people who take on the great task of national rejuvenation.On the other hand,colleges and universities,as the main battlefield for cultivating new people in the era of national rejuvenation,are the main fronts for carrying out ideological and political education of college students,providing a broad platform for telling good heroic stories and inheriting and carrying forward the heroic spirit.Therefore,colleges and universities must explore the distinctive characteristics,spiritual connotation,and era implication of heroes,and use the spirit of heroes to promote a new dimension,development,realm and content of innovative ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should tell the heroic deeds and spiritual connotations that have emerged in the past century,inherit and carry forward the heroic spirit of the new era,give full play to the role of the main channel of ideological and political courses,and build a fusion path based on the subjective identity of college students,the spread of new media across time and space,and collaborative education,so as to promote the high-quality integration of heroic spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleg-es and universities in a mode of everybody-involved,all-round and whole process.
